7 – Refunds and Returns

All products are shipped directly from our supplier.
We do not accept returns for change of mind; all orders are considered final sale.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery. Provide:

  • Clear photos of the item received

  • Photos of the parcel with the tracking number

Once verified, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Returns for other reasons are subject to our Refund and Returns Policy, with any shipping costs and duties borne by the customer.

8 – Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.
Once processing or shipping has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

Check your order carefully before completing the purchase.
